Event spaces vary significantly, our teams extensive experience of a wide range of events combined with in depth knowledge of installing AV systems allow us to deliver spaces that meet the needs of the users.

 

Purpose built spaces can give clients great flexibility if the right infrastructure is in place.  Our design consultancy service focuses on the requirements of building owners and users. We will work with you to develop not only the right technical provision but also work on how this interacts with the built environment. This can include layout design, lighting concepts, acoustic considerations, power requirements, installed rigging and load bearing points, drape systems, acoustic treatment as well as the actual sound and AV hardware.  From design we can go on to supply and install hardware, provide user training as well as ongoing support.

Existing spaces can provide amazing locations for events.  The challenge is that they vary significantly, this is also their great appeal. We have worked in spaces varying from landmark churches to museums, livery halls to old railway stations.  Some elements of technical provision within existing spaces can be the same as a purpose built space, how equipment is installed can however be very different, especially if it is a grade 1 or 2 listed building.   We can work with you to install hardware that has minimal physical impact on the space but enable it to be used flexibly, sound great and look amazing.

Main picture: Fountains Church, Bradford.  This is a multifunction event space owned by a church and used as a worship space but also as a flexible event space for concerts, conferences broadcast and performance, Systems include 48 channel concert standard PA system, lighting on installed truss with UDL/SWL of 6000kg, Full HD projection and streaming system, Theatrical drapes and flexible stage.
