Greenfield sites offer both a great opportunity and a great challenge  .

The opportunity is a blank sheet of paper for your event.  It can be whatever you want, venue sizes and types, stage locations, use of spaces, theme, programme, just let you imagination run away with you!

The challenge is how to take a totally empty field and, in the matter of weeks, days or even sometime hours make it become a fully functioning event site with all that is needed.   Making this happen is what we do!

The main images show the set-up for "The Diocese of Oxford Family Day".  This one day event was held in Merton College Field and based around a main stage which included a choir supported by contemporary band, a concert band and a brass band. The event involved a clear roof dome stage chosen so as not to distract from the backdrop of Oxford Cathedral and Kings College. We provided stage, backstage changing areas a first aid and info point, temporary power, toilets, fencing and concert standard sound for 5000 attending.

The drone footage below shows the event site of "New Ground" This bank holiday weekend  family camping event has an attendance of about 2500 and takes place in the grounds of Ashburnham Place, a venue we work at regularly.   For New Ground we put in infrastructure for two campsites, parking, signage, toilets, showers, wash-up points, fire provision, waste provision, generators and a number of marquee based  venues, the largest of which holds 2000 people.  Internal provision included stages, furniture, stage sets, projection, sound systems and stage lighting as well as area lighting.  Our team not only built the site but serviced it throughout the event, engineered AV in the venues and ensured it all ran to plan.
