Our team has been providing event support for outdoor events since before the millennium. 

 

This has included a wide variety of venues from local parks to Trafalgar Square, gardens of houses to the beach. The events have included sports events such as triathlons and tournaments, large remembrance day events, concerts and festivals or smaller events such as weddings or roadshows.  We can take the stress away by overseeing or providing the following elements:

Infrastructure Management including:

Stages, Marquees, Roadways, Fencing, Toilets, Stages, Temporary Accommodation 

 

Event Planning including:

Licensing, Scheduling, Site Plans, Signage, Emergency Planning, First Aid Provision, Stewarding, Noise Control.

 

Technical Support:

Event Power & Lighting, Sound Systems, Stage Lighting, Large Screen Video, Communications.  

 

Main pictures: A Remembrance Day service at Victoria Park in Leicester organised by the City Council for which we provided live sound relay to the audience for which we provided video. Greenbelt Festival which we provided on site production management support for.

A private wedding in the grounds of "The Polchar" in Aviemore for which we provided live sound outdoors for the ceremony (which included a live band) as well as sound in the reception marquee for "Blazing Fiddles", and sound and video in a third marquee for afternoon tea; as the wedding clashed with the ladies finals at Wimbledon and the family were keen not to miss it!
